Suzanne and others from Open Door Zen Community lead weekly Sunday meditation practice. We sit in the Soto Zen tradition and guided by our teacher, Flint Sparks, of the Appamada community in Austin Texas.
Sundays – 5:30-6:45 pm
You are asked to arrive by 5:25pm.

Mindfulness for Caregivers
As five-week class to familiarize caregiver participants with stress-reducing mindfulness techniques and invite them to establish a daily practice. Mondays 9am in September and October, UW Madison Arboretum. Link: more information (.docx)
