Conscious Living and Loving: The Foundation Seminar presented by Katie Hendricks, PhD--                                                  November 19-21, 2010

We are very excited to announce that we are sponsoring this 3-day seminar with the Hendricks Institute, Ojai, CA.  This is a highly popular seminar taught all around the world.  We credit this seminar and our work and friendship with Katie and Gay Hendricks as the catalyst for our own fun, conscious relationship and work.

Spring Retreat with Flint Sparks, PhD - March 24-27, 2011

We want you to know that we will again be co-sponsoring a retreat with Flint Spark, PhD.  Flint is an internationally known teacher of mindfulness and conscious life practice.  He is a clinical psychologist and Zen Buddhist priest.  His retreats blend personal transformation process and meditation practice.  He is trained in Hakomi psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and is a ceretified group therapist.  His invitations into self-inquiry open participants to their deeper knowing and capacity to experience life as it is.

Group Meditation Practice at Yen-nien Daoguan, Atwood Ave and Fair Oaks, Madison, WI

2nd Sunday of each month, 7:00 - 8:15 PM

4th Thursday of each month, 8:00 - 9:15 PM

Suzanne leads/facilitates group meditation practice beginning with sitting meditation followed by varied self inquiry and reflection processes and group discussion.  The self inquiry process is intended to deepen mindfulness of one's self in all forms of relationship - self, other, and the world.  Poems, writings, or questions serve as the stimulus for reflection.  

FEE:  Small donation for use of space
